Terms of sale

Prices

All prices are in Tunisian dinars (TND). The price you pay is the one shown on the site when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once we've spoken to you by phone or WhatsApp and checked your size, color and address. We may cancel an order if we can't reach you or if a piece is no longer available; you will not be charged.

Payment

Payment is made in cash on delivery.

Cancelling

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped: just send us a message.

Refused deliveries

If a confirmed order is refused at the door without a valid reason, we may ask you to pay in advance for future orders.

Custom sizes

Pieces made to your measurements are final sale (see Returns & exchanges).
